You can join this event and thus start small activities bringing a positive change in your life. Simple idea started with a desire to start habit of daily running, now we move further with larger scale of themes not just sport. Habits within monthlong are part of the concept of balance of 4 dimensions = body (physical), mind (mental), spirit (spiritual) and social. Nowadays it is not easy to find time, right mood and motivation to start something new in our busy schedules. Therefore monthlong is here to give a kickoff in the first month to build up a habit that you will be able to sustain afterwards alone. Whether it is learning something new, physical activity, art or any other challenge, we hope that network engagement, sharing, providing tips, consultancies, physical events, where anybody can join, it is much easier than individual efforts.
